Absolutely amazing family and staff, warm welcome, great friendly service. Lovely large and clean room with a good-sized fridge. Fresh and filling breakfast with lots of attention to kids. Centrally located but peaceful and calm. Hard work and love put into making it a fabulous place.

We had an amazing stay at Thalia Hotel! Great value for money with a spacious room and beautiful sea view balcony. The location was perfect, close to shops, bars, and walking distance to the center. But the highlight was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel like part of their family.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety.

The hotel has a great location with many restaurants and bars just outside your door. Directly across the street in the cul-de-sac, it was fairly quiet despite the central location. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and newly renovated. The breakfast was fresh with good variety. The staff provided excellent service.

My stay at Thalia Deco City & Beach was absolutely delightful. The hotel's location near the beach but away from the noise of the city was perfect for a peaceful vacation. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. I especially loved the common space with a shower, which allowed me to enjoy the beach even after checking out. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of homemade dips, bread, and honey. The nearby hotel offering a fantastic dinner selection made half-board a great option. The free parking space was also a convenient perk for guests with vehicles.

Great for business trips as they offered a good conference room and free Wi-Fi. Convenient location near the city center and close to public transportation. The hotel also had a small gym, which was a nice bonus.

Staff was rude and unwelcoming. Room was not clean and had a bad smell.

Location and staff were the best things about this hotel. It was close to bars and restaurants, so it was easy to have a night out. The service provided by the enthusiastic staff was amazing. Another advantage was the swimming pool, which was always clean and well-maintained.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hersonissos and it was truly a wonderful experience. the location of the hotel was exceptional, right in the center of the city, just off the main road. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the nearby beaches and enjoy the wide variety of restaurants and shops. The staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic, providing top-notch service and making me feel valued from the moment I arrived until I left. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a small balcony overlooking the vibrant street. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, featuring a range of Cretan delicacies and fresh produce. my stay at this hotel was superb and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hersonissos.
